EXPLORING JEWISH ART AT THE DIA

Before being offered to the general public, DIA docent extraordinaire Barbara Madgy Cohn led a group of women from Knollwood Country Club on a tour she created for the Jewish Historical Society.

Barbara shared stories of the many Jewish artists and the history of featured works. Each work of art has a special Jewish connection and highlights included art that was once confiscated by the Nazis.

Following the tour we enjoyed a specially prepared gourmet lunch featuring local ingredients at Chartreuse Kitchen & Cocktails.
