Keep Growing Detroit and FoodLab Detroit co-developed the Fruits of Our Labor Dinner Series showcasing the powerful role that women and non-binary chefs and farmers play in Detroit’s food system.
On a beautiful summer evening guests sat at an extended table in the fields of Keep Growing Detroit farm in Eastern Market. The table was adorned with farm fresh flowers, whimsical table settings and personal mementos. Chefs and farmers led us on a storytelling and culinary journey complete with a family-style five course dinner and dessert of course!
